The course is designed for those who have only a little or no Spanish. Ideal for those who wish to convers a little while holidaying this summer.
The duration of the course is 8 weeks. Each class is 1 to 1.5 hours. Course outline includes: Vocabulary, Basic Conversation, Basic Listening, Grammar for beginners, Spanish Culture (A Spanish beginners book will be recommended to buy ). Information regarding this will be given at the presentation of the course.

This class is for those who want gentle Yoga and a little more. Borrowing from the healing arts of T’ai Chi, yoga and other approaches, focus and attention will be brought to class. Paying attention to deep breathing, careful stretching and mindful movement will be helpful for anyone wanting to increase body awareness and experience ease. A class designed for kids to explore their creative side in the art of sewing. Suitable for both boys and girls this course promises to be full of fun and fulfilment. Learn all aspects of hand sewing and supervised machine sewing. Explore fabrics, pattern cutting and make a wide range of hand made designs from teddy bears, dolls, handbags and clothes.
Art and Craft for Kids 10 Weeks €100

This after school class is ideal for kids of all ages to explore their creative side in the field of art and craft. Learn the skill of fine art sketching, life drawing, still life painting with oils, acrylics and sculpture.

This after-School Club offers a fun programme of freeplay, themes, challenges and games for one hour on a weekly basis for the school year. Children are encouraged to display their creations each week and some photos are put on our facebook page which gives a great sense of achievement.

Go for Life is the national programme for sport and physical activity for older people. The aim of Go for Life is to involve greater numbers of older adults in all aspects of sport and physical activity. It is run by Age & Opportunity in partnership with the Health Promotion and Improvement Offices of the Health Service Executive (HSE) and the Local Sports Partnerships. The course cost just €10 for the six weeks. One not to be missed. Sure to be a great social event also.

Three rooms are available to rent at the Village Centre on an hourly basis. The rate is €20 per hour. Discounts are available for non-profit/community based events.
