Computers for Beginners  8 Weeks €80/€25

  • Thursday Evenings: 7.00pm — 9.00pm Starting 27th February

Computers for Beginners is designed for those that have only a little experience using computers. Instruction will start by introducing the basics concepts of computing. Learn how to use Microsoft Word to type letters, learn how to surf the internet, send emails, search for holidays and book flights online. Participants will may bring their own laptop or use the computers provided. A great opportunity join the information age.

Yoga    7 Weeks €60

  • Tuesday Afternoons 12.00pm— 1.30pm Starting 21th January
  • Wednesday Evenings 8.00pm — 9.30pm Starting 22th Januaryyoga whited

This Yoga class is for those who want gentle Yoga and a little more. Borrowing from the healing arts of T’ai Chi, yoga and other approaches, focus and attention will be brought to class. Paying attention to deep breathing, careful stretching and mindful movement will be helpful for anyone wanting to increase body awareness and experience ease. The goal will be to enhance your ability to move, to relax and to enjoy life during the rest of the week! Ideal for beginners

Older Voices   8 Weeks €10

The programme helps people to focus on their own health and well-being. It encourages positive mental health and provides a social and supportive setting for people to discuss their age and opportunities. (HSE Sponsored)

Arts and Crafts Group      8 Weeks €80/€25

arts & craftsArts and Crafts is a new project for those who would like to practice their art and craft skills in the company of others with a focus on sharing skills. A great opportunity to learn and to pass on your skills to other group members. ” Creativity is really the structuring of magic“   Come and spend a few hours exploring the magic of making fabrics in a creative and stimulating environment, and practice your arts and crafts in the company of others with a focus on sharing skills with young and old alike. Tactile, colourful and versatile, these classes are easy for the complete beginner and endlessly rewarding for the seasoned artist.  Crochet, knitting, felt making and weaving this is a great opportunity to learn and pass on skills to others.

Horticulture  8 Weeks €80/€25

  • Tuesday Morning 10:00am—12:00pm          (Starting 25th February)

An introductory informal Horticulture course designed for those who want to know more about what is happening in their garden and how to improve it. No gardening experience necessary. Suitable as an overview of horticulture for both beginners and experienced gardeners. Week by week learn what you should be doing in your garden.
